Ridiculous. Took my mower in 3 weeks ago, and told them what was wrong. One week later I called and he told me what I told him when I dropped it off. Another week goes by and he says he can't find the parts but is still looking. Yesterday he tells me I can find the parts i need at a dealer. I then talk to another shop who does mower repairs and he tells me what i need. I pick up the mower ($25 fee + $100 of lawn care while in the shop) spend $3.50 on the parts and bam I am mowing. That is 2 times I have taken this mower to Boyd's (First and Last). Very displeased.
