I have lived here for 10 years I have electrical problems now animals crawling in ceilings! Have moved from downstairs to upstairs due to Mold! No one fixes anything Lee Ann has her job And Mr. Wernicke get rich from accumulated rent ! Don't move here!And believe me they charge even though your apartment isn't up to par!

Ms. LeeAnn Mock, the site manager of The Apartments at Newpointe, she was one of the most rude people I have ever interacted with in my life. She does not show up to work or

appointments on time, and she always leaves early. Ms. Mock made it very clear she had no time to be bothered with any of our questions or

concerns regarding the apartment we were about to sign a lease for. She constantly spoke to me like a child, and insinuated that my boyfriend, who was to sign the lease as well, was the more intelligent of the two of us and that if I had any questions, I should ask him and not bother her. I have a friend who already lives in the complex in building H, which is how I found out about it. She also has had many problems with Ms. Mock to the point where if there is an issue regarding her apartment,

she goes above Ms. Mock to the corporate office just so she does not have to interact with her. Our current apartment manager has even told us that Ms. Mock has been rude to her as well when she went to look for an apartment.

Any time I had an appointment with Ms. Mock, she was late and was only concerned with rushing me out the door. Every time I walked in the office she was sitting at her desk, eating and watching trashy television. Even then, with an appointment, she would claim to not have

time to answer any questions or address any concerns. Clearly, the television was more important. I understand everyone gets a lunch

break, but your break should not last all day, and should surely not overlap with any appointments you schedule. You work in an office, not your living room.



She also does not keep the paperwork up to date. Our leasing packet has so many typos and mistakes it actually becomes unclear as to what you are paying for. There are so many ridiculous fees in it that it does not make any sense to the person reading it.

I have been working in customer service for years now and I would not be caught dead treating people the way she does. I honestly don't know how that complex is still standing with the poor job she has been doing. I am disgusted by her disrespectful manner and selfish work ethic.

Trying to work with her has been too much of a hassle. This place is not worth moving into.

If you plan to move here and are leveraging the fact that this place has a pool as a reason FOR moving here, change your mind immediately.



For all intents and purposes, this place has NO pool, as the pool is never open. EVER. It is posted as being open from 12-7:30.. which seems to be just when they decide to have a 16 year old show up to be "lifeguard".



I have lived here for 8 months, the pool has been open since the beginning of June. Today is July 16th. I have attempted to go to the pool during POOL HOURS approximately 20 times in that period to find it closed each time. I have SUCCESSFULLY made it to the pool only THREE TIMES because it is NEVER OPEN WHEN IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE.



Gotta love factoring the pool into your decision, only to find out its managed more poorly than anything else I've ever encountered.
