Nice friendly place to do business with!
I renovated my 2nd bedroom and wanted new carpets. I shopped around and was recommended to Carpet Giant.

I was greeted when I walked in. I looked around their warehouse without any pushy salesmen and found a nice carpet.

Harry who assisted me, wrote up the order and we scheduled the installation. The price was very reasonable compared to some stores I looked at. It was that simple. Honestly, I think I only spent 20 minutes in the store from the time I picked out a carpet to the time Harry wrote up the order. It was really a simple process!! Very much appreciated.

The installers came out as scheduled and did a great job installing the carpet as well as cleaning up and taking the old carpet with them!! The installers were very friendly!

Thanks to Harry and all the gang at Carpet Giant. I will be back when I do my other room!

Superior alternative to Lowes and Home Depot for carpet. You don't have to pay to get a price quote. Nice selection of remnants but they can also order just about any carpet you want. Reasonable prices with good installers. Carpets delivered and installed on time with no surprises.

I am warning anybody who even thinks about doing business with this company to STOP and run across the street to Home Depot, anywhere but here! They sent one person to do my job - ONE guy to do a job that required at least THREE people! I was told he was going to arrive at my house within a two-hour time frame. He arrived AFTER the latter part of that frame. This was not his fault. Instead of having the installers come from a neighboring township, this guy had to drive from over 25 miles away! And then it took him over four hours to complete my work - something he should have never been scheduled to do alone! Stay far away from this company! I wonder how they've managed to stay in business this long!
