Gary appears to be a nice guy but he really does not care at all. We had to threaten him with a lawsuit in order to get our wedding album. He lied over and over again telling us stories like "The printing company was flooded and your album was destroyed" "There was a paper shortage so your album will be delayed." "Your album got lost in the mail." "The printer went on vacation." And then the best line of all... 11 months after our wedding he has the audacity to say this "I paid extra to have your album rushed so you would get it on your 1st anniversary. I think that is a lot of effort." Sorry Gary, but it was due within 60 days of our wedding - 10 months late doesn't cut it. The only time he lifted a finger was to avoid a lawsuit. This is not the kind of experience you want associated with your wedding.
