service was ok. they had my car for over a week before they called to tell me what was wrong with it. everytime i called i would have to leave a message and wait a day for them to call me back, so it was phone tag for about 5 days.



they told me my repair was going to be $800, i asked them if the extended warranty i purchased would cover it and they instantly said no. i called the dealership i bought the car from and they told me to call the center i have my warranty through. i called them and they told me my repair would be covered under my warranty along with all the labor charges. i'm a little annoyed that they would jump the gun and just say "no it's not covered" instead of telling me i could call my warranty place and find out.
