The owner of S and S Spas, Tom and his son Mike really understand custom hot tubs. They provide hot tub repairs and continue to provide service today for all types of hot utbs but when it comes to new custom hot tub installation, Tom has over 35 years of experience. To will take the time to go over custom hot tub structure, landscape design ideas and use his years of experience to come up with the perfect hot installation plan and design. My expereince is that Tom really does know how to install a hot tub the correct way. What i like most is that they can install remote pumping stations to eliminate any noise that might be caused by the pumps. Great feature and really caring guy that just wants to help install it the right way.

Do not use this business! They promptly came out, took a one minute look at my hot tub, and said they would give me an estimate for a new controller. Since it took them almost almost two weeks to get me the estimate, I called someone else, got a free on the spot estimate, and got it fixed for $850 after a delay of only two days. Then S &S finally gave me an estimate - 6 months wait time for a new controller, and a couple thousand dollars! I did not want to do that, so they sent me a bill for $175 for their "services" Totally unreasonable pricing, slow customer service, outrageous time delays - do not use this business! I wish 0 stars was an option.
