Terrible experience here. After selecting and paying for one of the pricier options they delivered a totally different much much cheaper mattress. The delivery guys were rude and getting them to bring us the mattress we paid for has been a nightmare. Their customer service is nonexistent. They called my wife a liar and accused her of just changing her mind when the model number is clearly different. On top of that they tried to charge us another fee for bringing the correct mattress that we ordered in the first place.

Worst experience making a purchase I ever had. Purchased one of their more expensive mattress' and they delivered their cheapest one. delivery guys were rude. Customer service at the main office was extremely rude. They told us to just sleep on the terrible mattress until they get around to fixing their mistake "sometime". We are on a spare blowup mattress until they get around to handling their screw up.
