Don't move here. I live here too and hate it. A rodent somehow got into my second floor apartment last night. I called and was told they couldnt do anything after hours and that someone would come today. Today they tell me it's not an emergency and I have to wait and that they won't call an exterminator. My apartment is also allegedly "updated". I had blue tubs, I literally cried when I moved in. The apartments look nothing like the model, which has nice finishings, professionally done and with a chandelier in the dining. no unit has chandeliers or ceiling fans unless the tenant hires someone to do it for them. L horribly, the wet dog stench is ridiculous. The cleaning crew is a joke, the dog poop is absurd and the maintenance staff isnt qualified. I regret paying my $1550 plus utilities, which are billed with the rent with only a 10 day notice to prepare for it. The apartments aren't insulated wel and the stairwells smell too.
