Do not use them! Our move experience was terrible. We had things stolen or lost (like passports, shop brooms, surround sound entertainment system, etc) and they lied about it. After we refused to pay for their service, they threatened us with taking us to court. Turns out it was an empty threat and we never paid but I do not know how these people stay in business with service so poor. Save yourself the hassle and do NOT use them.

executive relocation services they will lie to you and will not pay for claims i work for them 2 weeks 6 moves to do all 6 of them damage out on the road for 2 weeks on pay on money to eat on called home to get money to eat on called DEBBIE and TAMMY so what had to take them to small claims court so they have to pay me DEBBIE and TAMMY are e-cons and all of them have a drugs problems TAMMY constantly lies DEBBIE will to the all the crews are not experienced at all so do not call them to move you

i agree totally with everyone of these reviews. debbie and tammy are indeed blinded by a dollar.they lie constantly to customers and employees alike.force drivers to be untruthful on logs. logbook required by dot law. falsifying is a pretty hefty fine. repeatedly screw workers out of their pay.they never deliver on time. wont answer phone , wont settle damage/theft claims. they will tell you all you want to hear, then once they got your stuff on the truck,they jack the price up and say you wont get your stuff till you pay. im wondering why the better buisnessbureau hasnt shut them down by now with all thecomplaints theyve had.trust me, i know....i work there!im not an ex-con though. but yeh it seems like thats mainly who they prefer to hire.i wouldnt hire this company to move the dog feces out of my yard!!!neither should anyone else.......

The movers supposed to show up on a Saturday before noon. They did not show up at all on Saturday and they had to reschedule for the following Thursday. I was told they were sending a truck directly to me Thursday morning for the move. The movers showed up seven and half hours late. They severely scratched my dresser, bled on my couch, and treated my stuff like crap. The movers had spilled trash all over the back of their truck; 3 entire garbage bags to be exact. The drivers had no money remaining on their fuel card to get back home after the delivery, so i was somewhat forced to tip them enough to get home. From Debbie (the coordinator) to the movers fresh out of the state pen, the overall lack of professionalism was embarassing. This company should not be used by anyone under any circumstance.

I contracted a move with Nationwide Relocators out of FL. They subcontracted with Executive Relocation Services. It has been a nightmare since their delivery. They destroyed a frontload washer, badly dented a frontload dryer, scratched and chipped fine cherry furniture, destroyed a bookcase, and scratched and scuffed a leather sofa. This damage wasn't due to bad luck, it was due to incompetence. Tammi Driscoll has lied to me several times regarding my damage claim. They are rated an "F" by the Better Business Bureau. I am now going to work through Nationwide Relocators to settle my claim or for them NEVER to use this company. I have, also, filed a complaint with the Dept. of Trans. ERS doesn't feel any need to settle damage claim. Next step is small claims court. Wish me luck.

Debbie is the worst business manager in the universe all she cares about is the almighty dollar. The truck was 2 days late they destroyed an antique rocking chair, the driver said they would take it with them and have it repaired, they failed to deliver all of my belongings mainly a bag of diving gear worth about 2300 dollars, they had already had someone else things loaded up so there wasn't enough room on the truck for all of my things so I had to leave some things behind. I contacted Debbie and she said whe would check into my claims, that was 2 months ago so I guess I've lost my goods forever. I went through a company in Fla. so anyone that uses executive relocation services BEWARE you are making a huge mistake !!! I rated this company dissapointing because there was nothing lower.

My fiance and I moved at the beginning of the year and had the WORST experience with this company. They never showed up when they said they would, took longer than agreed upon, never sent packers that we paid EXTRA for, and broke our items. We filed a claim for our broken items and 5 months later still have never heard a word from them. We've called multiple times and they conveniently are always out/unavailable. We even filed with the Better Business Bureau and they refused to respond to them. PLEASE BE WARNED AND GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY!!!

We hired United States Van Lines who contracted Executive Relocation Services. The drivers are the most unprofessional movers. They smoked in my home and had don't care attitudes when it came to moving my furniture. The first set of drivers Shane and Shane came and were saying racist slurs towards blacks and Arabs. The second set that came to deliver took off with our furniture and laughed about it. The last set of drivers that came broke our TV stand and told us that the drivers that took off with our items left the truck unlocked and abandoned. Several items were missing and or damaged. I had to call the police out just to get the drivers to call us and set to deliver again. All of the drivers told us that they have a felony and have problems with drugs. We also noticed that the movers stole some of my husbands medication. Tammie the supposed owner laughed at us when we told her what happened and that we are disappointed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!

I hired American Van Lines who contracted Executive Relocation. The driver was very unprofessional. They ate and smoked in the truck in front of my house and left their trash outside. It took them nine hours to load my three bedroom house and two of the bedrooms were empty. They stole any boxes labeled with electronics. My playstation, games, all dvds, etc. never made it to the destination. They also destroyed my coffee table. Then they avoided my calls then refused my claim. Never would recommend to anyone.

I used this company to relocate my family. They were late and the driver thought it was funny. I called to talk to the boss she said she would call me back and never did. I called her back and she picked the phone up and hung up on me. This doesn't make any sense, and they need to be shutdown. I'm gonna call the better buisness bureau on them and file a lawsuit. Please whoever you are do not use this company, you will REGRET IT.

I originally hired United States Van Linesto complete my move. USVL contracted ERS for this job. They were 3 days late picking up my items and 7 days late delivering. I was NEVER called to inform me of the schedule or where-abouts of my household goods. There has never been an apology issued and I have been hung up on and my phone calls/messages ignored. I wish I could say that was the worst of the story. I had to force the movers (Shane & Shane) who picked up my stuff to complete an inventory list. When I asked if they were wrapping my furniture, he told me they were wrapping everything in the truck. They weren't. When I was told it would be over a week late, I told the office manager (Debbie) that this was unacceptable as neither my son or I had a place to sleep. She proceeded to tell me to rent furniture until mine arrived or go to a shelter. When my shipment arrived, my furniture was destroyed, my mattress had been urinated on and drug through dirt and grass. There is not one piece

This place lies, you have to unpack yourself, cuz it is just the driver, no help!!!!!!! They lost alot of my property, and broke, damaged and destroyed pieces, the same, the check is in the mail, there a joke. Nobody, I repeat nobody go with this place, the AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For a move in June 2009, we were told our things would not be moved off the truck, they were and many things were lost, broken and damaged. The inventory was not done properly, fragile things were packed on the bottom, our things were packed with other people's things, they did not put things in the right room, we had to help unload and they still left after midnight, dropped furniture and boxes off the truck, broke a ceiling fan, lied about dropping off items before being weight so we were charged. Now after all that they just say the check is in the mail and never pay us for the insurance they owe. Worst move ever.
