The leasing agent always has an attitude, is very rude, very unprofessional and not organized. She also needs to look and dress professional. (not like a slob) I would not rent from Heron nor would I recommend it to anyone unless they hired someone that's pleasant and acts/dresses professional and is organized.

Worst Experience Ever! The rental agent is rude and very unprofessional. You need to hire someone that is fully trained (knows what they are doing and knows how to treat people) and acts professional. From this point on, I will never rent from Heron again and I will not recommend it to anyone.
