This is the most unprofessional office I've ever dealt with. My daughter was not given a prescription refill when she needed. They do not have a way to send charts from the Elkhart office to the Warsaw office. Our appointment was cancelled because they left the chart in Elkhart. I was blamed for going back and forth between the two offices. This is really not a center with 2 sites. You have to choose one or the other . They were not the least bit concerned that my daughter would be without Meds another week. She would've ended up a mess and very sick. I had to go back to our GP to get her prescription filled. The office manager threatened to terminate our services. I did it for her. They forgot that I pay them. We will not go back.

This is the most dysfunctional counseling center I have ever attended. They never answer the phone, the receptionist is rude and the billing department is horrible!
