i wouldn't even say one star..rude people .cust service is terrible. tina just hangs up on you if you have a problem. zero stars!!!

I had very bad experience with them. They fixed one thing and broke other. And to fix the broken one when I come again, I have told to take appointment to fix that!!

I took my car to Monroe for an estimate onbrakes and was quoted $1200. I took it in to Smith and they were able to do the work for under $400! I'll do all my business with them from now on. Super nice and trustworthy gentlemen.

I'm a woman and these guys are really nice. they talk to you in terms you understand and always do an excellent job the first time. the best service I can find with very good prices.

The guys at Smith's are great for working you in when you've got emergencies, like flat tires, etc. They are always friendly and don't act like they are doing you a "favor".
