Our well went out on Sunday 9/29/13 Fisher drilling came out and tried to pull pump broke off in well and set new pump on top. Was at house maybe total 2 hours and they didn't even try to get old pump out and charged $1500 total with no itemized price list but he did say pump was $1000.00. The price of F&W pump is $398 and $797 MSRP at online store. I really don't understand where he got his price but what do you do? I feel like he took advantage of me and my family and hope that this post may help at least one person not have the same outcome. Had another estimate and even on Sunday they said bill should have not been more than $900. Take this review as information only to help you make a more educated decision on who to use or not use when needing your well fixed.

We were told that they would call on Monday and come fix our well problem. We called back several times that week. On Thursday we were told they would be finished and come over that day. Never showed up never called.

Had excellent service from Steve Fisher & Son Drilling. His brother, Craig is absolutely adorable and an excellent customer service guy. My husband was out there while the guys were working and constantly asking Craig questions. Craig's patience with my husband is a rare and exceptional finding. Craig deserves a raise!!!
