Benton County Tire has been my car's best friend since I moved back to Warsaw over 11 years ago. I have purchased tires there for me and for my daughter there and was very happy with the service and the price. I purchased a new car over 2 years ago and had it serviced after 3000 miles. I only have 5200 miles on the car but thought that since it was over a year since it was last serviced that I should have it done. Yesterday was a Tuesday and I went in for service. They were not very busy but checked out the car and came back with my keys and said I didn't need any service. I know they are good honest people in there but I was shocked to leave with the money I came with. I can't say enough nice things about this business.

I have been a customer for this company for over ten years, basic car care, tires, even new motors and transmissions. However, I since discovered that you are treated with a "Care Less" attitude. After finishing a 3500 mile trip I went to have the oil changed and a tire rotation done. It was completed, however I lost a wheel cover on the way home. The wheel cover was the type purchased from O'Reilly's. I put them prior to this trip and they did not come off. A week later I stopped at Benton County Tire, spoke with "Shawn" and mentioned that when the workers put it back on either it wasn't properly put on or if the clamps were forced on and broke it probably caused the wheel cover to come off. I didn't ask for it to be replaced, I expected that he would tell me that in the future he would inform his workers to take a little more time and care when replacing the wheel covers. What I got was " When you buy cheap wheel covers, that's what happens, they fall off. In the future you can remove them when you bring you car in for tire rotation and put them back on once you get home". A week later I spoke with the owner of this establishment over lunch and told this story to him. His response was (in a laughing manner) " Shawn told you that you had cheap wheel covers". Not another dime will I spend at this business. Customer service is not in their mindset, they just want your money.

The people at Benton County Tire are the best! We moved to the area 6 months ago and in that time we've needed a few minor auto repairs and a couple of tires on our trailer. They treated us like they had known us for 100 years. Friendly welcoming to the community great people. The work done on my Daughters car was top notch! Our tires are great and they have patched the riding mower tires twice for me. All at very reasonable prices. I would highly recommend them.

I got some prices and compared them to others around and these guys were quite abit higher
