Visited restaurant on Saturday evening. Ordered drinks , waiters brought drinks while serving wiped her mouth with hands and ran fingers through hair then grabbed glasses by rim to set them on table. Order food-special. Then took over 30 minutes to receive food,was cold. Could not find wait staff to refill drinks. Patrons were loud and trying to receive attention from waitress. Found out restaurant was reciently sold to new owners. Very bad experience. Will not go back.

Well,hands down.this place has it going on.The staff welcome and greet you with a smile as you walk in the front door. The staff and locals share in whitty humor that shines on with laughter and good times. Your sure to have a goodtime,have some good food,and make some friends.Every Sunday is BUSY,ocal churches let out and its routine to go eat fried chicken after.they are non smoking.open 5:45am to 8pm ,7 days a week.

In the past we ate there alot, however one Sunday came in for fresh fried chicken and the chicken was great,but the mashed potatoes and green beans were cold. We brought that to our servers attention and to our surprise she stuck her hand on it and said yes it is. So our thoughts were if she did that at the table what are they doing when we can't see them huh. Well needless to say we haven't been back since.

Worst place to stop we waited over an hour and still never got our food, when we asked how much longer the owner got real snotty with us never got "hey I am sorry we are a little behind" nothing so rude terrible!!!

Always great food friendly staff, food came to the table HOT not just warm as with other places

I have to offer only two stars, because during our trip, the waitresses were in the weeds with a huge crowd of maybe 8 tables. The kitchen couldn't keep up, and a white-haired man (whom I assume to be Ferg, himself) simply sat in the corner and offered no help whatsoever. Meanwhile, dried french fries and straw wrappers littered the floors. Can''t the man in the corner do anything but operate the cash register? The only reason it didn't get one star is that the food (when it finally arrived) fit the bill for the price.

Great food and service. The catfish diner is wonderful. Breakfast is always perfect. I love the corned beef hash with two eggs over it and toast, but hey, that's just me.

Food is consistently good and friendly service.
