Don't deal with them. They charge too much. Communication is horrible. If they think your bags are too "heavy" (since they have to throw them over the 8ft high sides of a truck) they just quit picking up your bags. No attempt to retain my business when I called, interrupted me, called me a liar, they know they are the only trash service available out here in the country.
