let's see, his name is Glen, manager, he drags a dirty mop around and cleans all the rooms with it. he can not make a bed, some cat always laying on beds. he sprays floor and uses broom and rubs it in floor. never cleans bottom of toilets, never cleans fridge or microwave. he uses one tag to clean multiple rooms. drags laundry and throws on concrete until he washes. owner still won't believe customers. I took pictures and sent to health department. manager will enter rooms when you leave for the day. manager steals money when hourly people check in. he collects money in back. charges different prices for customers. he charges people he don't like extra. gives discounts to druggies. drinks after owner leaves at night.
what this place needs is the little maid they had before. she cleans the rooms and she and her husband used to work for owner before the manager told lies on them. they never paid the girl for doing rooms and laundry. her stuff was white. get her back before I come back. manager makes fun of owner when owner leaves. manager is always walking down town. never answers bell or phone. manager steals clothes and begs for clothes from renters. then he steals their stuff when they go to work. owner won't believe customers. manager always bugs customers and hangs outside their door listening. this place needs that couple that used to clean really good. get rid of Glen. he is a liar. can't tell truth. tells customers everything the owner says. even dogs the owner to renters. why does he clean all the rooms with same mop and tag and never washed it out. he smoked while cleaning rooms. the place was looking up until the couple quit working. that couple cared about hotel. this manager now will cuss you out if he can't flirt with you. he is a pervert. he creeps the women out. everyone let's get the couple back to run the place. Glen is killing the place with his cleaning habits. now roaches and bed bugs are back. I moved to Warsaw Inn not going back til couple is cleaning place. get rid of the drunk or close down.
