This is the worst office I've ever been to. No one answers the phones, then you have to wait on hold only to be told someone will have to call you back, then you'll never hear from anyone. They re-schedule you, then call to remind you then when you get there, you are told they called to re-schedule you again but Michele doesn't know when or care enough to apologize for running the most unorganized and unprofessional office I've ever had to be at. Michele in the office was rude to me on more than one occasion, but the younger blond is very nice. I would never recommend this office to anyone who wants to call and speak with a pleasant person who will do their job properly. I can't say enough bad things about the office lady Michele. She could at least apologize for her incompetence instead of lying and saying she knows she left you a message yet has no clue when she did it and when you say you never received one the office should apologize for wasting your time, esp when they would charge me if I didn't show!
