Billing practices are horrible. They keep sending me a bill without billing my Secondary coverage, not billed The local office at the hospital refers to their payment/collections center in Chicago, Il. Response, "Instamed is the payment processor but there ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ACCOUNT ADJUSTMENTS OR CONFIRM BILLING ACTIVITY, CONSULT YOUR HEALTHCARE DIRECTLY. No one helps resolve billing problems.
