Absolutely terrible worst service I've ever experienced in car buying history. Overly priced with broken vehicles absolute must check a Carfax before buying a car the car I purchase had been in multiple accidents with multiple frame damage and should be considered a lemon. Brought the car back a week after buying it 4 axle noises and radiator issues and they refuse to fix and say that it's not under warranty

Bought a 2004 Altima from Casey's and love it. The Finance Guy Anthony worked with me to get me in a car. I was excited to be driving with a monthly payment I could afford. My purchasing experience was smooth and they even registered the car for me so I didn't have to go to the DMV. I'm usually only a yelper when I have bad experiences, but I felt compelled to let people know what a good experience I had here. I'll be bringing my daughter here to get her first car in a month.

DO NOT GO THERE! They make everything all great when you first buy the car and act like its the best thing ever... NOT! since i bought my vehicle it has spent more time in the shop then not. The tire pressure light was on and claimed they had it fixed and there was no leaks, however weeks later WITHIN my 30 day warranty i experience heavy shaking on the highway. come to find out the tire pressure sensors are leaking and need to be replaced, as well as it has a bent rim ! very expensive fixes. Not only this but they were suppose to have done an alignment when i got the car and never did , i had to drive back there to get it done again, as if they thought i wouldn't notice! As well as the other comment on this page, they used touch up paint to fix some spots on the vehicle and it is now coming off. lucky i know someone who details cars. All this and they will not help you after you drive it off the lot, very very poor service! I WOULDN'T SEND ANYONE THERE. very unreliable business!

I purchased a vehicle from Casey's Auto sales approx. 4 months ago. I have spent more time without the car than with due to repairs. I had a 30 day warranty in which I had to return (45 minute drive) 3 times because of the same issues! I have replaced the starter, ball joints and tie rods within the past few months. When I received the Rhode Island safety inspection from them it said it passed everything, well apparently not because when my mechanic went to remove the tie rods they fell off in his hand! That’s how bad they where. This indicates to me they were bad when I purchased the car and they didn’t tell me because all these issues are ones that they knew would fail after warranty. Also they had touched up the car with "cheap" paint making the car seem in "mint" condition and now 4 months later all down the doors (both sides, all 4 doors) they paint is wearing off making all the repairs visible. They also did this under the car which is now covered in rust which was not visible at purchase and all along the back bumper and also the top of the car and bumper!!! It went from looking "mint" condition to looking like a POS! Now the car is randomly revving up on its own, the brake pads need to be changed, the headlights are foggy and its making a loud humming whistling noise! I see more expensive repairs in the near future!! This is ridiculous after only having the car 4 months!! I plan to purchase a new car in which will not be from Casey's Auto Sales Warwick, RI!! They only fixed this used vehicle enough to make it off the lot and didn’t care about me (the customer) and my expenses I would have in the near future! Not to mention I have 2 Children and my mechanic informed me that this vehicle was not safe!!!!! DONT BUY FROM CASEYS AUTO SALES IT IS A RIPOFF!!!
