I've been in the store 4 times. 3 of those I was waited on by the tall,skinny guy with tats. Every time he's been a jerk. Arrogant. Every time I asked a question he was rude. He told me that it's usually "operator" error and not the phone. The guy with glasses has no personality but he's not rude. I can't understand how the tall,skinny guy is still employed. I will never go in the store again.
