I bought my St Croix Wood Pellet Stove from Stove Pipe five years ago. Never had a problem till recently. I was still under my 5 year Warranty period. Amber from Stove Pipe took my claim for service and took care of everything. She was great to work with and I now have my Pellet Stove working for the rest of the winter!!!
