Great salon! Jenna and all the stylists that work there are very friendly and great at their job. I have been going to Jenna for over a year and have been extremely happy. Highly recommend them.

I was on time for an appointment, was told hair dresser that she was running behind, she said it would be a 30 minute wait. An HOUR later after she was done with the client, another one came in...around 50 minutes after me, this girl had the nerve to tell me that she was going to do her hair before me. Couldn't believe my ears. I asked what time the other womans appointment was, cause mine was at 2. It was around 3 when she told me that I had to wait longer. Apparently the other woman's money was more important than mine. My best friend was with me, and we will be sure to get the word out, about how very unprofessional and pretty rude these people are. Iam a very good tipper. Taking my business elsewhere for sure. And making sure to let everyone know about how they treat people. Honestly, don't even want to give them any stars.

This client was justified in writing this review. I would have also been very upset. The stylist made a bad judgement call in this situation. She has been reprimanded, and understands that she was wrong, and the importance of running on time. She did however try to call and apologize and offered her service free of charge, but was - to say the very least! - turned down. I pride myself on running a very professional and friendly shop. My stylist made an unfortunate decision this day. I have 6 very talented and very professional stylists, everyone makes mistakes, unfortunately this was one. But if this client would ever consider coming back she can sit in MY chair - free of charge. - Jenna, owner
