Called for a tow.
Was not quoted a price, and drivers truck over heated en route to address for delivery.
Overcharged, and called to owner to see it was a mistake.

Owner cursed me out and threatened me.

I drive a flatbed for barking sheep towing and recovery. I was picking up a car that was just off road with a steep embankment that was soft and got stuck. I had 2 tow trucks trying to wench then pull me out but the rear end kept sliding and I ended up in far worse shape than when I started. Billy from parish came with his very large twin axel semi sized tow truck and managed to get me out of a terrible mess. I told him thank you several times, I truly don't know how l would have managed without him. Billy I will say it one more time THANK YOU

I attempted to hire this company to recover a semi truck and trailer in Piketon Ohio. Billy said he covered that area and gave me a price quote. I sent the assignment and when I called back to go over it with him he was rude and gave me a bad attitude. He actually hung up on me when I tried to ask a question. Needless to say he didn't recover the property. Highly unprofessional.
