The service provided by this company was by far the worst I've ever encountered. My wife and I tried to call a taxi through this company to transport us to Union Station to catch the 7:25AM Amtrak train. We started calling one hour and forty five minutes prior to the train's departure. Union Station is about a 12-15 minute drive from our home to to Union Station. We called this company five times and each time the receptionist stated that the dispatcher was working on it. As a result we decided to drive to Union Station and park since our trip would only be one day. Amazingly, after we arrived at Union Station we received a call from the dispatcher from this company stating that the taxi was on it's way to our home at 7:10AM. Unbelievable. Customer service is the lifeblood of most businesses and this business clearly does not understand that principle.
