Terrific experience with A&A Art & Frame. I have had at least 10 things matted and framed of various sizes and they all were very professionally framed. I would give them an A+. Julie S.

I brought several images of a certain size to be framed under custom design mats. I indicated that the frame was intended for a birthday gift. After a while, I called to follow up on my order. Their phones were not working. I tried for several days and finally went there in person. Turned out, my job was ready but nobody had called to tell me. When I looked at the job, my heart sank. The mat openings were too small for my images and the images were partially cut off to fit behind the improperly sized mats. The man behind the counter told me that their computer could not do larger mat openings. I asked why nobody called me to tell me about this problem as I could have supplied smaller images. The man has no answer to that. I asked them to redo the job but the man said it was impossible. I then talked to the manager but he just yelled at me. I refused the job but offered to pay for the custom mat so that I could fit smaller images behind it. The man refused to even answer.
