The limo arrived on time, but it wasn’t ready to take the passengers on board.
With the temperature outside in high 90s, the temperature inside the
limo was definitely over 100 degrees. All 4 adults and two kids (5 years
old and 3 months old) had a really hard time inside the ride for a
while, before the temperature inside was finally brought to a bearable
level. I would expect the driver to prepare the inside temperature on
the way for pick up. Moreover, during the ride, I had to ask the driver
twice to lower the temperature, because it was way too hot inside and
impossible to enjoy the ride, which was a birthday surprise. In
addition, the limo’s radio and TV didn’t work.

I mentioned twice to the driver that the radio doesn’t work, and the
only response I received was “you have to press the button”. It is not a
rocket science to figure out how to turn a car radio or TV on. Those
devices were flat out of order. Then again, on the way back, neither the
air-conditioning was ready to take in the passengers, nor was the radio
and TV working.

I cant believe that we still have such a poor services around.

I want thank you for professional and on time service! I have used you services in the past and received outstanding service and will continue to use your services. I have a few trips in March which require service to Dulles. When I have the dates, I make the reservations.

I booked the limo for my extended family - 11 pax. for a special occasion. My guests were thrilled to see the Hummer limo at the doorstep well before the scheduled time. It was simply amazing The staff at dispatch was very helpful and knew the landmarks when we asked them about the same.

The guy names eric is very bad, he literally sweared on me beacause i didnot understand his indian accent

We had a decent driver, would barely speak English. We toured Washington D.C. and was able to see the major monuments and sites there. The only negative was that the A/C was not working and it was 98 degrees out that day. The driver tried to call the main office, he left a message and they didn't respond. I tried to call the main office, and I also left a message, they didn't respond to me either. I feel they should offer some sort of compensation for this since it was so hot and a major inconvenience. They won't even talk to me to discuss this. They actually hung up on me when I was able to get through and try to talk with someone.

It was my sisters wedding and our original limo service bailed on us last minute and I was in charge of finding a new one, QUICK. Me and my family have been living in the DC metro area for as long as I can remember. I made a reservation for this company, atlas limousine, on a complete whim seeing as they were located near the location of my sisters wedding. I choose this company because I thought it would be convenient for us that they were nearby the wedding hall. I made a reservation over the phone with a very nice gentleman named Eric. Eric was very kind and patient and made us sure that all of our needs would be fulfilled. The reservation was completely last minute and I was expecting a whole bunch of extra "last minute convenience fees" but that was not the case. Eric made sure that he provided us an affordable rate. I reserved their hummer h3 limousine and expressed to Eric that I would like to take a look at the vehicle before making my reservation final..so he directed me to the owner of the business, Charlie. Charlie was more than happy to show me the vehicle we were looking to reserve and even gave me a peek at many of the other beautiful vehicles his company owns...And so came my sisters wedding day... The limo was perfectly clean, washed, and decorated. The driver was so kind and sincere. Charlie and his company made sure that my sisters wedding service was perfect. I have never met a company that cares this much about the quality and experience of their service as atlas limousine; they really know how to treat a customer. I honestly wasn't expecting their service to be this amazing. I usually never write reviews so obviously this company really pleased me.

Yesterday, Charlie helped make our wedding day even more special. He picked us up early and was charming and affable, a combination that helped us relax and just enjoy the day. He was wonderfully accommodating and gracious as he picked up and dropped off numerous family members during our journey to different destinations and didn't rush us when we were running a bit late.

They arrive in the area of pickup 15 minutes prior to the stated time so they'll be there at the very minute they're supposed to be. We had multiple stops for photos etc and Charlie was always there, ready & waiting.



Super professional & great rates. With all the negative reviews of other limo companies on yellow pages you shouldn't waste your time looking for anyone else. Highly recommended!

I made a reservation for the hummer h3 stretch limousine for my wedding with this company & they've exceeded my expectations. The car was really clean and nice and they even decorated the inside of the limo too. They also provide complimentary soda and water but they don't provide champagne. Overall, I was really pleased with the services and I will definitely be using this service again.

I was really happy with the service, their price was great, the Limo was as promised and awesome, our chauffeur was very nice and helpful, and the guy over the phone who book limo for us was extremely friendly. Overall, everything was perfect! I would highly recommend and will use this company again. Thanks to the whole team of atlas limo.
