On November 24, 2013 I contracted the Austin Royster Funeral Home, Inc.,
502 Kennedy Street NW (formerly located at 3821 14th Street, NW) Washington, D.C. 20011; to conduct my mother home coming services. My contract was for the amount of $6000.00; their representative (Janelle Royster-Conley) took three insurance policies to check if they were valid, which added up to $9000.00. However Ms. Royster kept all of the money from the valid insurances policies. Ms. Royster admit that she owe me a refund. On January 20, 2015, I received your check for $2506.85 which was return cause insufficient funds. Please warn your viewers to be aware if they do business with this funeral home make sure that they are not cheated.
