I went to this place to try a new place. I have a dog that is under 15lbs, sweet nature. They charged me $50.00. When I arrived to pick her up, I was not thrilled. While driving home, the dog kept shedding more and more hair. I ended up taking her home and combing her out myself. That was the main point of going! I also asked for her nails to be clipped. They are horrible, again, I had to come home and clip them myself!!! I noticed that night, that she would keep scratching herself and biting. She had FLEAS!!!! She did not go in with them, and if she did then the grooming should have removed them all! I can't believe it. NEVER NEVER use them.
