I order the car service from Bovexs Limousine for airport transfer. The dispatch was curious and professional and the Chauffeur was very professional and showed up with new Cadillac XTS. Great Service!

This company deserves no stars. Company offered a 50% discount through KBG deals and when we used our certificates the manager told me that he was unhappy with the deal that he had with KGB. Couponstated that it did not include gratuity. That indicated we should tip the driver speratly which we did. The next day Bovexs charged my debit card $42.50 for gratuity and taxes with no explanation to me. The manager QUE told me that the gratuity that I paid to the driver was nice but that the gatuity that he arbitrarily charged me had nothing to do with that. I pointed out that a $85.00 one hour ride to the airport had cost me $67.50 in taxes and gratuity. When I told him I did not want to double tip he eventually agreed to refund me $25.00 but then proceeded to call me cheap and tell me that I don't deserve good service. If you are reading this please take it from someone that uses limo service regularly, if you use this service watch you wallet.

I recently used bovexs car service and they were great, New Car and smelled Good, My driver Gary was very professional. I recommend their service to anyone who is looking for quality service. Mr. Van Buren
