Provided by SuperpagesMy daughter has been at the school for 2 years now and the results are impressive. Excellent teachers, excellent environment, old-style instruction, no gimmicks - perfect for kids (or even adults) to get true ballet fundamentals. 5 stars all the way. Theresa Kramer is a dedicated and talented teacher with the best pedigree!

Provided by SuperpagesAn incredible school, a boutique that specializes in giving children (and adults!) personalized attention and instruction. The students and teachers are like a big family, and the school has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. Director Theresa Kramer was professionally trained both in the US and in France, and conducts excellent classes for all ages. The students also get to perform once a year in a full-length, original ballet, which is a wonderful and enriching experience for every child!

Theresa Kramer founded the school, which is now in its 27th year, in 1983. Ms. Kramer is a Georgetown native, whose classical training and professional experience have taken her around the globe to perform with and study with such ballet luminaries as Arlett Castiner, Jose Ferran, Dame Margot Fonteyn and Rosella Hightower. Ms. Kramer returned again in 1999 and 2004 to the European School, and the Civic Ballet Company.
