Provided by YP.comThe staff should answer the phone in a professional manner. Simply saying hello is poor professional etiquette. I was also hung up on three times. I was then put on hold for several minutes only to have someone ask again if I could be helped. All I was trying to do was to make an appointment. This is poor customer service.
