Cathy was kind, courteous, and helpful for my one and only visit to Esteem Cleaners.

Visiting Washington, D.C. for a political event and formal ball, I learned several of my clothing items were wrinkled in transportation upon check-in at my hotel.

Traveling from Florida to the nation's capital - along with a thorough search from TSA - meant an immediate need for a dry cleaner. One tuxedo and one suit completely wrinkled. Wrinkled to the point that steaming them in the hotel shower would do no good. I needed a dry cleaner.

Having checked around for a dry cleaner, I came across Esteem Cleaners only 4 blocks from my hotel. Calling late on a Saturday, I was greeted on the phone by Cathy. Friendly and polite, Cathy advised that she could press my outfits and have them back by Monday.

I immediately dropped them off, being met at the door by Cathy. She wanted to know if I owned a cat to which I answered in the affirmative. Cathy suggested cleaning the tuxedo and suit at that point. Having worn the suit once and just taking the tuxedo out of it's bag, I didn't mind the full dry cleaning service.

Fast forward to Monday and I was stuck at my hotel. Calling Esteem Cleaners to inquire about delivery service, I was again greeted by Cathy, who indicated that she would deliver the items after work.

I met Cathy on the curb of my hotel. Clothing looked great, although it's hard to tell in the photo. Friendly and polite once again, Cathy refused an offered tip.

Competitive prices for next day service along with 5 star treatment at Esteem Cleaners. I would use them again if I lived in the area.
