I would absolutely recommend this restaurant. In fact, in just three days in DC, my wife and I have had food delivered from Luigis twice. The food was delivered within the time we were told. The delivery person each time was very polite. The food was outstanding. The portions were abundant, one person pizza was plenty for two but the other items were more size appropriate. The flavor was excellent with nothing overpowering, all flavors were complimentary. And as a tourist on a budget, the prices were very reasonable.
