Don't be fooled by the cute little old ladies at the counter. I paid up front for alterations, which were ridiculously overpriced ($60 for a single hem of a polyester dress!!!), then they wouldn't let me take the dress without paying an additional price. They took it upon themselves to do extra alterations that I DID NOT ASK FOR and wanted additional money for them. I refused to pay extra for services that were not negotiated, and the cute little old lady got aggressive and would not let me take my dress. I would highly advise against this dry cleaner. Alternatively, Carriage House Cleaners is very close and reasonably priced, and never a hassle.
