Trout has been working on the house next to mine for 28 months. Michael Beidler, their principal, does not have a license to practice architecture in DC or a degree in architecture. He is either unaware or does not care about DC building regulations, which has led to significant delays in the building of a single family home. Beidler is incompetent, rude, and is unfamiliar with DC laws.
