It's very expensive and you will pay for many weeks when your child cannot even attend due to illness. My child was sick A LOT!!! Remember this center is located in between (4) four hospital centers, that means, lots of germs and virsus/bugs carried to the center by children whose parents work in one of those hospitals. It's an ideal location, but you will, more often than not, end up sitting at home with your child 20% of the time and the illness that you and the rest of your family get will keep YOU out of work as well. I've never been sicker in my life. The staff seems stressed out and over worked all the time, but they are not the problem, it's the school policies that don't really meet the needs of the families they serve. Your child will be rotated from room to room as they consolidate kids at the end of the day to cut costs, thereby exposing your child to even more children and more germs. The Directors and assistants are a bit haughty and you will get a phoney hello and smile in the morning, but when there are issues, they will make the care providers call you, and you will get many, many calls about bumps, bruises, accidents, colds and fevers and "COME AND GET YOUR CHILD IMMEDIATELY". They do not communicate with your doctors and if your notes are not completed correctly, they will withhold medication from your child as opposed to call your doctor, cold/cruel??? and probably for fear of a lawsuit.....but your child will suffer until you get there. Better to get a nanny at the cost, nearly $400.00 per week, or home care provider. This is a large center and although it seems it will be personalized, aesthetically pleasing for the most part, it's really a facade. Security is great, but my child seemed relatively unhappy here so why should I continue to send her when it was ONLY convenient for me. I got the feeling, although the teacher would tell me everyday, your child had "a GREAT day", she was lying because my child cried most of the time when I dropped her off and she would be crying 50% of the time when I picked her up. If your child has a rock solid immune system and NEVER get's sick, it's a good place, good location if you work at one of the hospitals because it's convenient and security is good, but overall, 2 stars is the best I would rate this facility. Not a good value for your money if you can find another provider, do that.
