In 1950, Joseph John Magnolia established Magnolia Plumbing to serve clients in the Washington D.C. area. The company provides plumbing services, heating, ventilation and air conditioning services, as well as remodeling, drain service and underground utilities contracts. Magnolia Sewer Maintenance Division is capable of installing, repairing and maintaining building sewers and drains. The company uses equipment such as K1500 sewer machines, water jests, rodding machines, line finders, grease/sewage pump trucks and TV cameras for internal inspection of all sized drain lines. Magnolia Plumbing has additional sewer maintenance include vactor services, silt removal, pit cleaning, water blasting, spill control and storm sewers and retention cleaning.
