Busy basement level McDonald's on Connecticut Avenue near my hotel in Washington D.C. In town for a week - only one visit to McDonald's, and that's because my kids forced the visit on a cold and wet Monday.

I hate to give 4 stars, but this particular McDonald's over performed on this particular visit. I ordered 4 Happy Meals - 2 with chicken nuggets and 2 with cheeseburgers - a separate 10 piece chicken nugget meal, and a Southwest burger combo meal.

Pour your own drinks - which I did. Cashier offered me a soda carrier for them. As for the meals, the Happy Meals had both french fries and Go-Gurt, when it's normally one or the other. Plenty of condiments and napkins in my bag.

Polite and friendly service. Fast moving line and fast completion of my order upon placing it. No issues, with the exception of a couple of homeless individuals outside the upstairs door.
