I read a couple of reviews and disagree with both.

The president might have a professional license but it is not easy working with him. Quality of work is ok it is the demeanor that is questionable.

Due to slight scope changes, huge change orders are requested. Local authorities such as SHA is not happy.

I have grown a lot working at Milani Construction and I see a lot of potential for more in the future. The benefits and work environment are stellar. The President is very knowledgeable and treats you like family.

It's a shame when garbage like Patrick D.'s post get any viewing. Milani's President is a professional engineer with over 40 years of experience. Milani Construction has successfully completed dozens of multi-million dollar government contracts.. These contracts have full time inspectors on them who enforce stringent specifications. This sounds like a disgruntled former employee who couldn't meet Milani's standards

Worst contractor ever. The company has no class and no sense of professionalism. They cut corners and hire illegals. The president of the company looks uneducated and unethical by his behavior.
