I recently purchased a home in the District and Premium was recommended to me by my Realtor. I was a little apprehensive at first because the buying process had been a nightmare with my agent and I wasn't sure if I should take his recommendation but I did and boy am I glad I did. There were all sorts of liens and outstanding bills on this property and Atty. Ben Soto and his staff were on top of everything. They kept me up to date practically everyday.

This was my first home purchase and if it were not for the excellent service I received from Premium Title, I may not have settled. Thanks again for everything!!!
