I was selling my home and they discoverd that the title company that did the closing when I bought my home 15 years ago did not record a Release of the Deed of Trust from the prior owner. The title company has been out of business for 10 years, but the processor at Regional Title was able to get a release and my closing was not delayed at all. She communicated with me daily to give me updates. I recommend Regional Title to anyone who wants an easy, fast closing that will be done right.
