This is by far the worst cab company in the district! I called during the snowstorm and was told that they had a taxi in my area,I am like great because all the other taxi Company's i contacted told me they didn't have any. Well i wait and wait and wait some more i call back after an HOUR ! Then i call back and wait again for 10 minutes on hold. then i get what had to be the rudest person to walk the earth.She really came to the phone and answer's it by saying "What do you want?''

i said "what do I want?'' she comes back with "i know you heard me so answer the question.", I said.''since i am calling a cab company i guess that's what i want.'' her response ''since you want to be smart find a cab else where and hung up the phone on me. I called back 3 times no answer.The worst part was that 2 hours later no taxi. I ended up being very late for an appointment after having to call another company and wait again.this is an awful company.
