Most of the staff are great but one of the managers on duty aggressively stared at me the entire time I was shopping. Also another time when I came and returned two products, one of the cashiers took one item but didnt return it. This same manager on duty aggressively tried shaming me for returning so much and had me come back to the store to get my refund despite the fact that I had just gotten surgery (right after returning my sephora products). Huge no no.
