I went into Taylor Gourmet on H street to buy a product, when I couldn't find it I asked a staff person and without looking directly at me he said "you know it's $6.99 don't you?". It sounded like he thought I couldn't afford the item.



Now I'm not the type of person that gets offended but I was offended. I know this is a new location for Taylor "historic DC" if you get my point. But I suggest the owners let the staff know that people in NE, DC have money just like the people in Northern VA and NW DC. And if the owners have the same attitude please go elsewhere cuz we were here first!!!



ps... the food is marginal!

At someone suggestion I was ask to try this new sandwich shop, first thing we ordered and it was 2 hours late with the sandwich, that was bad enough and then when we got the sandwiches, we go a lot of let., tomato, and no meat we order turkey and the bread was HARD AS A ROCK, I will not order from there again and I will tell other people to do the same, It was a waste of 7:00 that I could have got something that was worth it, I fill like I was ##### , which is not a good feeling.
