First off I don't think Nicole...

First off I don't think Nicole Mackin should be practicing law because she is an criminal, just like wilfredo pesante, stole from poor innocent people, and everyone of them lost their homes still. So everyone take note do not give this woman your case.

I was very briefly associated with Wilfredo Pesante (February - July 2009). The continued use of my name was unauthorized, and reported to the DC Bar. I have never handled a foreclosure matter. I wanted to clarify this. Even though my "name" was associated with this firm, after July 2009, I was not.
