After my experience here I can't imagine ever going anywhere else for luggage. To begin with, they've an excellent selection, and the staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful in selecting just those pieces that will best answer the customer's needsl. But what really convinced me that I'd never want to go anywhere else is my recent experience with a piece of luggage I'd bought there that was so badly damaged by an incompetent bellman that I was ready to write it off. When I called, they said to bring it in, and I'm so glad I did: in only one day they completely repaired the piece of luggage so that it's as good as new. I've never before written a review of a shop, but such outstanding customer service deserves to be made known.
