Provided by YP.comThe spicy smoked chicken prepared here tastes sooooo good. It takes a minute to get used to the meat being firm. Best way to cook is in a stew which softens the chicken or eaten fresh. Fresh it's a bit chewy but spiced perfectly and VERY tasty. It's ADDICTIVE!
