I just got off the phone with Premier customer service with a problem with a product. 1st CS agent was ill informed and I called back and asked for supervisor and after explaining my issues to, who said she was Product Manager, she chuckled at my issue and then she hung up on me! I never raised my voice or cursed. Both hung up on me without answering my questions. I am a customer, ex now, and will be buying y supplies for other sources from this point on.
