I took my laptop to this shop on a Friday and they told me it needed a new hard drive and my files would be saved. They said they would order it and that I would have it no later than the following Wednesday.I waited til Wednesday to call, and when I did he then said the hard drive have not arrived yet but my files were "already downloaded to their server" and saved. I asked him when he would receive my hard drive and he said no later than Friday and everything would be ready.I called again on Friday to hear that my hard drive had still not arrived and now he changed his story to say that my laptop was over heating and therefore my files could not be saved! I was in disbelief because he told me a couple od days earlier that he had downloaded them to his server. He kept saying he didn't say that and started giving me an attitude and said that if I wanted I could go pick up my laptop. I realized he was giving me the run around and simply did not want to do his job in a professional manner or probably did not know what to do! They should've OVERNIGHT the hard drive not make the customer wait for a whole week for it! When I went to the shop he handed me my laptop and didn't say anything. I will never take my PC there again, they are incompetent! That same day I took my laptop to another place and not only they installed the hard drive in 2 days but they saved ALL my files. My Computer Geek is a joke of a place!
